Caterina is a yoga teacher who loves connecting with her guests. You can find all the info on her here: www.sicilyoga.com
Brita is Finnish and has lived in Sicily for the past decades.
We love to travel and to welcome travellers, and we strive to make Casale Praia cosy without being intrusive.

The address is contrada praia but this is not recognised on Google Maps so please:

From the A18 Catania-Messina motorway, exit at Taormina and go right towards Taormina mare. At the stop (you will have the sea in front of you) go left towards Letojanni, S.Alessio, Forza d'Agrò (name of the road: SS114). After a few minutes drive on the SS114
you will pass a tunnel and on the left a petrol station and will arrive at a traffic light: there you have to turn left towards Gallodoro, Mongiuffi Melia etc. After about 1 km / 0.6 mi, turn left on a small bridge, turn left again (there are signs to the B&B already), then (at the stop) turn right and after the left turn (following the road) you will see a grey gate on your right with the sign "Casale Praia".
Ring the bell, come in with the car and park before the right turn (the stairs are on the right just after the turn).
Its a 5 minutes drive from the motorway exit.
OUR TIPS
How to move around?
It depends what you prefer to do: pubblic transport is ok if you want to visit the main touristic sites (and we can pick you up from Letojanni's train/bus station - just let us know in advance so we can arrange the pick-up).
Renting a car will take you to all the hidden places too...
How long?
Again, it depends if you want to take a larger tour of Sicily (then 4-5 days in our area is nice) or if you want to just get to know deeper just our side (from Messina to Catania), then you need at least one week!
When?
Sicily can have amazingly warm winters, but like everywhere, the weather is unpredictable. July and August are the highest season, and also the hottest. April-May and Sept-Oct are best to enjoy Nature hikes and less crowds. Winter months can be really nice and warm- but expect rain and cold too, sometimes...
